A short reflective survey

Before We Meet

I'd love to get to know you a little before our session. None of these questions have right or wrong answers. They're simply here to help me understand your world so we can make the most of our time together.

A note before you begin

Take as much or as little space as you'd like.

These questions are not a test. They're a starting point. Some may feel easy, others less so. Answer the ones that feel alive to you, and skip anything that doesn't. The point isn't completeness. The point is that when we sit down together, we're not starting from zero.

What you share here stays between us. It shapes how I prepare, what I listen for, and where the conversation is likely to go.

Ten questions

The Survey

Please take a few moments to answer the questions below in whatever depth feels natural.

What best describes your primary creative or professional focus?*
What's drawing you here right now?*
Which of these resonates most with where you are?
Who are you, and what would you like me to know about*
What inspired you to book a Deep Dive Session?*
If you could wave a magic wand, what would be different after our conversation?*
Is there a particular situation, decision or transition you'd like us to explore together?*
What do you feel is working well in your life right now?*
What feels like it's not working quite as well as you'd like?*
Have you ever worked with a therapist, coach or career counsellor before?*
Is there anything you'd particularly like me to know before we meet?*
Finally... what's something about you that most people wouldn't guess from first meeting you?*
Why this matters

Intention precedes strategy.

Career clarity that isn't grounded in self-understanding tends to collapse, or produce burnout. The inner work isn't supplementary to the outer architecture of a creative life. It's foundational.

These questions are how that foundation begins. Not because they're profound in themselves, but because taking them seriously changes what becomes possible in the room.
