Before the session

A few questions before we meet.

Thank you for booking a Deep Dive Session. Before we sit down together, I'd like to hear a little about where you are right now. There are no right answers, and rough or unfinished responses are genuinely welcome.

A note before you begin

Take as much or as little space as you'd like.

These questions aren't a test, and they aren't a form to be optimised. They're a starting point. Some may feel easy to answer, others less so. Write in your own words, however roughly. Short sentences are fine. Half-formed thoughts are fine. If a question doesn't land for you, skip it.

The point of this isn't completeness. It's that when we begin our 90 minutes together, we're not starting from zero. You won't need to spend the first half hour trying to explain yourself, and I'll already have some sense of what's alive for you and where the conversation might want to go.

Only the contact details at the top are required. Everything else is yours to fill in as you wish.

The questionnaire

Your answers

Work through these in whatever depth feels natural. I'll read everything carefully before we speak.

What's the primary area you're looking to explore in this session?*
What brought you to book this session right now?*
What do you sense is in the way, even if you can't quite name it yet?
Is there a specific situation, decision, or pattern you'd like to bring into the conversation?
What would feel like a meaningful outcome from our 90 minutes together?
Why this matters

Identity precedes strategy.

Career clarity that isn't grounded in self-understanding tends to collapse, or produce burnout. The inner work isn't supplementary to the outer architecture of a creative life. It's foundational.

These questions are how that foundation begins. Not because they're profound in themselves, but because taking them seriously changes what becomes possible in the room when we meet.

Once you submit, that's it from your side.

Your answers will come straight to me. I'll read them properly before our session, sit with them for a little while, and use them to shape how we begin.

Thank you for taking the time. I'm looking forward to the conversation.
